OSM FILE NOT OPENING PROPERLY

Question

after browsing (through Quick OSM) the downloaded osm file, i have selected all the points, lines, multi polygons properly. But after opening, I am getting only points and lines, but other two are missing.

So when I open the 3d map through Qgis2threejs, I am not getting polygon option as it displays the message "error in python console"

So when I open the map through Qgis2three, I am not able to get the buildings and other 3D structures. Please help to solve the issue

Please check your python version. Python version has to be compatible with QGIS version you have downloaded.

Please reinstall the Qgis2threejs pulgin again and check the 3D map.
