while calculating through "raster calculator" , i am getting error message " GDAL provider cannot open GDAL dataset............." How to solve this issue

"While saving the output file, complete layer path is expected and also the format has to be mentioned. Eg. C:\pathto\outputs\ndvi.tif "

This should rectify the problem.
