In Windows OS, you have to use the command prompt to execute the avrdude and avra commands.

Sir , I had done all the indication provided in that pdf,But Sir the commands in windows and Linux are different because the commands provided in the video were not working in cmd.

Since you are using Windows OS, you require to do all the steps which has been mentioned in the ppt. You don't need to execute the commands which we have explained in the tutorial because while recording the tutorial, we used Linux OS. That is why the additional reading material is given for Windows users.
