while checking the conversion after solving the flow sheet..I saw the conversion of water as 2390.06%..is there any error while solving flowswheet

1. Pressure, Temperature, Mass flow rate of stream entering the reactor as feed

Yes I had the same issue. Put every value as told in the tutorial and got the conversion of Ethanol and Acetic acid as expected but got the third unexpected conversion data of Water to be 2390.06%.
