Question
I am using windows 10 and Google Chrome Browser. Trying to install with instruction sheet. Having trouble with 2.1.2. 

This is the error message showing:

Error: Database connection failed

It is possible that the database is overloaded or otherwise not running properly.

The site administrator should also check that the database details have been correctly specified in config.php

I am not able to check this. The video shows me a sudo command which my terminal window does not accept

All our videos are made on ubuntu Linux. so sudo command will not work on windows.

Also when I follow from the instruction sheet 2.1 (8) the xampp control panel version 3.2.2 does open. However, there is no language dialog box that i can see

9. Open browser and type localhost in the url. This will redirect to Moodle installation page.

When I try to do this on google chrome, the message I get is this:

Restart the Xampp server and try to install again.
