Hi I have added the users according to the explanation in video on users in moodle. But  there are no enrolled users and no tab to enroll user as said in the next video. please help.

Also, I would suggest that you should always try and use the latest LTS versions available for any software as the older versions are no longer supported and there are many new features available in the latest versions.
