hello , after a Moodle installation in the site administration they asked for registration in Moodle.net. after registration it gives a msg that is invalid URL what should I do?

Hi, firstly, registration is optional.
You can go ahead without registering your site as well for practising purposes.

Secondly, your site is currently available locally only. It is running on localhost (on your machine only).
Your site needs to be online for others to access it and for undergoing the registration process as well.
