I am not a computer based student
i tried 10 timesto installed moodle on my laptop(windows10)
everytime get error would it be possible to you installed moodle on my laptop
using ANYDESK app

You should follow all the steps as given in the installation sheet of the below link. ( see page 2 for windows 10).

Your screenshot shows that you didn't give valid database user name. Follow all the instruction as specified in the document.

database name is inactive I am unable to rename that root to moodle-st

Let database user be 'root', since it cant be changed; enter database password for 'root' user in the next field.
