Please check once again what the tutorial says, especially at time 6 minutes 40 seconds.  It gives 35.3999999... which is the same as 35.4.  From where did you get 35.999...?

If your question is on why it is showing 35.3999... vs. 35.4 in your system, the answer is quite simple.  No digital device can store numbers "exactly", there will be always some round off error, which will depend on how numbers are stored, how many bits are allocated to store, etc.  Thus, the number you see can change from computer to another and from one operating system to another.

In view of this explanation, we take 35.399999999.... and 35.4 to be the same.
