Again I have a question about the installation of Moodle in Linux.

I did all things which are given in tutorial but got an error in the localhost/moodle.
I select a language then for confirming path, I got error " Parent directory (/var/www) is not writeable. Data directory (/var/www/moodledata) cannot be created by the installer".

How can I solve it?

It doesn't have permissions to write into /var/www ie data inside cannot be modified. You have to give permissions for modifying data of /var/www by 'chmod -R +777 /var/www/'.
Note: Here '+777' gives all the rights to read, write and execute always use this command with caution
-R (parameter) is used to recursively give permissions to all the files and folders inside '/var/www/'
