ls command to view myapp_env

I am following spoken tutorial from last 2 year but i dont how to use ubuntu because i use windows i dont understand whats the problem it gives error output " 'ls' is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file " in cmd window

If you are using Windows cmd, then you should type "dir" to list files and folders not "ls".
"ls" is a Linux OS terminal command not a Windows command.
When learning from Spoken Tutorials, please remember to use alternate Windows commands for the Linux commands demonstrated in the tutorial.
