Which is good option for installing software? SYNAPTIC MANAGER or UBUNTU SOFTWARE?

Answers:

You can use both. From Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu Software is made as a default installer.
If you wish to install a specific version of a software, then Synaptic or Terminal is the best option.

Syanptic is more powerful and was designed as a package manager. Ubuntu Software Center was designed as an "app-store" like program.In Ubuntu synaptic package manager you can select several packages and install at once.
But in ubuntu Software Center application you cannot do that. You have to select one and click on install and then only can select the next.
