Answers:

The error occurs in 2 cases:
1. The project you are trying to open has a space in its name: eg. - Halfwave Rectifier will not be accepted.
2. It is most likely that you choose to install eSim in C:/Program Files or C:/Program Files(x86)
Please follow the instruction PDF enclosed in the eSim-Windows-Installer for proper installation of eSim. Kindly do not miss out on any steps.

Installed again with recommended settings.
Now while opening projects it still does not open with this message in the cmd:

Function : Open Kicad Schematic
FUnction : Validating for Kicad components

both eSim and KiCAD installed in C:\\FOSSEE and Python in C:\\Python27

Sir, C:\\FOSSEE path was to be selected ONLY for eSim, shown at the 2:08. Rest of the installation process is same as shown in the tutorial, path for KiCad needs to be default. Kindly go to the folder where you have downloaded the installer, locate the Setup.exe file, right click on it and Run as administrator. During python installation, choose the "Repair Python" option and it should work.
