we are using moodel 3.1 .The forgot password link is not working.Have you any idea how to solve the issue?Let me know Thanks in advance

Answers:

I did the requird SMTP setting but first 1-2 times only I received the forgot password link on mail.After that same error occur again.
Please if anyone knows How to tackle with this problem?

I got the error msg as

Error sending password change confirmation email
