There is no separate model for resistor, inductor and capacitor and only you can change is their values like resistance, capacitance and inductance. Pls share the example you are trying to solve. We can work on it.

I wanted to know if Oscad too has that feature.
Right now we don't have it. But, we are working on new version of Oscad and we will surely include this facility there. Thankyou for pointing out this.

Yes. you can model resistors and capacitors in Ngspice. The problem is that the KiCad to Ngspice converter currently does not support this feature. So you cannot give these parameters from the schematic editor. Please see http://ngspice.sourceforge.net/docs/ngspice-manual.pdf - Ngspice manual pg. no. 65 - 71 to see how a resistor/capacitor can be modelled in the Ngspice netlist. For the time being, you can add these lines to the .cir.out file that is generated by Oscad. See if this can help you produce the waveform given in the textbook. Also mention the changes you have done to the netlist once you submit your codes.
