Its is advisable to install latest version 6.1.0 . In case any command is not working in these ask to me. i will be hapy to help. I have tried on 6.1.0 and it is working good. For workshop it is mentioned by Kanan Sir to use 6.1.0

You can use 6.0.2 but few commands will be slightly changed like in GUI eval () is used in 6.0.2 and evstr() in 6.1.0. These recordings are from 2011 and at that time latest versions of today were not available. So, you can get the idea.
