I am unable to now open Editor for Schematic and getting this error  
How to fix this ?

The problem is that KiCad has not been installed on your computer. <span class="il">eeschema</span> is a part of KiCad. It is the schematic editor used in Oscad. So, you need to re-<span style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-family:'Lucida Grande','Lucida Sans Unicode',helvetica,verdana,arial,sans-serif;line-height:24.27743911743164px;text-align:justify">install KiCad in the C directory. For installing KiCad, go to Oscad installer folder. Go to the folder "resources". Double click on the file KiCad.exe. Give the installation path as C:\
After installation, change the environment variable path of KiCad to C:\KiCad\bin. Now launch Oscad.</span>

I have Installed Kicad completely and have set the environment variables to C:\Program Files(x86)\Kicad\bin.Do the path of the Environment variable being change from <span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Lucida Sans Unicode', helvetica, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 24.27743911743164px; text-align: justify;">C:\KiCad\bin to </span>C:\Program Files(x86)\Kicad\binmatter , when I have given proper Environment Variables

Well, unfortunately this PATH may give an error as there is a space character in it. I suggest you install KiCad in C:\ and give the PATH as C:\KiCad\bin.
